Digital products are non-refundable

Everything we sell is a digital download delivered immediately after payment. Once a file has been made available to you it cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, except where the law requires us to.

Before you buy

Please read the product description, check the file formats and software requirements, and look at any previews. If anything is unclear, email us before purchasing and we will gladly answer.

When we will help

• File problems. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. We will fix the file or, if we cannot, refund you.
• Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy the same Product twice, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.
• Lost download links. We will restore access to any legitimate purchase; just email us from the address you used at checkout.

Consumers in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK), that right ends once you have started downloading or streaming the digital content, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the cancellation right. By completing checkout and accessing the download page you give that consent. If you have not yet downloaded the Product, you may exercise your right by emailing us within the statutory period.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax collected on the order is refunded with it.
