This store at store.nsquarez.com is operated by Nsquarez Online Design, a business based in United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). You can reach us at store@nsquarez.com.
What we collect
- Order details: your email address, the Products you bought, the amount paid, the currency, and the billing country, as returned to us by Stripe after payment.
- Payment details: collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never receive your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the store.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Why we use it
To deliver what you bought, send your download links and receipts, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with tax and accounting law, and improve the store. The legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure store, and our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments, receipts, fraud prevention): stripe.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, security): cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- An email delivery provider, used only to send transactional emails such as download links.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.
Cookies
The storefront sets no cookies for visitors. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payment securely. A session cookie is used only by the store administrator to log in.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, typically 5 to 7 years. Download links expire after 30 days. Server logs are retained briefly and then discarded.
International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Our providers apply recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any right, email store@nsquarez.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
